Cancellation & Changes Policy Galilean Art
Order Cancellation: As each piece is a Custom Made creation, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of payment, provided that the writing process on the parchment has not yet commenced (the earlier of the two). Once work on the piece has begun, the transaction cannot be canceled.
Text Changes: You may request changes to the text or personal dedication within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the artistic work has not yet started. After this period, no changes can be made due to the nature of manual calligraphy.
Damages & Warranty: We are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the event of shipping damage, we guarantee to provide a new piece, subject to receiving a report and documentation within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms of Service – Galilean Art
1 – General
The “Galilean Art” website offers Judaica creations featuring “Galilean Art, Personally Tailored,” handcrafted by a Master Artisan and certified Scribe (Sofer Stam). Use of this website and placing an order constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
2 – Custom Made Orders
Our creations are manufactured specifically for the customer based on the details provided at the time of purchase.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, and texts provided are accurate. No claims will be accepted regarding errors originating from information provided by the customer.
3 – Natural Materials & Uniqueness
Our artworks are crafted on natural parchment (Klaf). The customer acknowledges that slight variations in shade, texture, or “cloudiness” may occur. These variations are an inherent part of the material’s beauty and are not considered defects.
4 – Cancellation & Amendment Policy
In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding goods made to a consumer’s specifications, orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Cancellations or Changes: Permitted only within 24 hours of the order, provided the writing process has not started. Once work commences, the order is final and cannot be modified or canceled.
5 – Shipping & Taxes (DDP)
Shipping is conducted via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. The price paid on the website is final and includes shipping, insurance, and all customs duties/taxes to the customer’s doorstep.

All copyrights regarding the designs, the unique calligraphy style, artwork, and content on this website belong exclusively to Galilean Art. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or make any commercial use of the original creations or website content.
